A 16-year-old girl presented to her dermatologist with white lesions, that first appeared five years ago on her hands and lower extremities. The lesions, which were asymptomatic, had progressively increased in size over the last five years. The lesions were present on the dorsum of the hands and on the legs, were chalk-white and well-demarcated.
No family history of skin disease or autoimmune disease were reported.
