This is a 35-year-old gentleman, who had squamous cell carcinoma of the penis along with positive inguinal nodes. He is being managed with partial penectomy and ilio-inguinal block dissection. The endpoints of the dissection -broadly are as follows: superior limit bifurcation of the common iliac artery, medially the bladder, in the depth obturator nerve and laterally the genitofemoral nerve.

The inguinal part has medially the adductor longus muscle, laterally the sartorius and inferiorly the apex of the femoral triangle, the floor of the triangle is formed by pectineus muscle. This video demonstrates the  ilioinguinal block dissection for carcinoma penis .
