Pregnant female 31 years IVF at 15 weeks has TSH of 15 and normal FT4 of 1.1[.7-1.8]. She has been taking Levothyroxine varying from 100 to 150 since 4 months.

She is on 150 dose since 20/12/17 when TSH was 10 Should we run after TSH and bring down its level even though the FT4 level is normal.
