A 30 year old man noted swelling in the jugulo digastric area of right side neck since two weeks.By examination, 3 cm round shape mass, mobile in horizontal plane and mobility restricted in vertical plane, pulsation felt over the mass, little tenderness present. CT contrast neck was suggested, it shows well circumscribed soft tissue density moderately enhancing lesion with multiple non enhancing areas over right parotid space, lateral to internal carotid artery and causing mild medial deviation of internal carotid artery and no evidence of carotid artery splaying, possible of neurogenic tumour dd paraganglioma. How to proceed further?

What could be the possible diagnosis and investigation of choice? Does histology report only give the final diagnosis?
