India has achieved a remarkable public health milestone, conducting over 2.83 lakh health camps under the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan’ initiative. These camps targeted non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancers, screening more than 76 lakh citizens. Among these, breast, cervical, and oral cancer screenings were a priority, while over 18 lakh antenatal check-ups and more than 51 lakh life-saving vaccinations were administered nationwide.
