Health minister of India declared Indian health sector will be "preventive and promotive". I personally feel that this not the time for a free go like this in the presently shattered medical system, both education and practice. Rather than putting forth utopian ideas like bolt from the blue, think twice is my appeal to a group of ministers. This is high time to craft the design of Indian health sector, which has its own place in an international scenario, because of its inclusive and pluralistic nature.
