'Consent' is a powerful written commitment between a doctor and patient before treatment starts whether a simple clinical examination,a procedure like any pathological /biochemical / radiological investigations or a procedure from injecting something in body anywhere or giving something orally or by rectum or applying some thing over body or blood donation or any surgical intervention or anaesthesia which may be done a small pvt clinic to any sophisticated hospital or may not be for treatment but only for research purpose too.
