Patients most often get upset and break down when they hear that they have an incurable life-threatening disease, such as cancer, HIV or other genetic disorders. Doctors mostly prefer to inform the patients’ relatives or attendants about such scenarios. However, situations arise when you have no other option but to inform the patients directly.
