The patient 42 year female had viral fever 2 weeks back. She was treated by Physician as IP for 3 day and after that episode pt still has myalgia and arthralgia. On follow up pt is advised to take inj dexona 1ml..and inj diclo 1ml ...sos...pt had come to my clinic just to take these injections Im. What am I supposed to do.

I did not understand the funda behind single dose steroid. In such case can I reject the plea? Or shud I just give the inj blindly coz a senior specialist has advised?
