Case Presentation A 30-year-old nulliparous woman presented at 35 weeks of gestation. She had no personal or family history of cardiac disease and reported no history of smoking, alcohol consumption, or illicit drug use. Her past medical history was notable only for iron and vitamin D deficiency, both of which had been appropriately treated with supplementation.

At the time of presentation, she was taking iron polymaltose 100mg, cholecalciferol 25mcg, and multivitamins, and had no other known medical conditions or risk factors.
