Case Presentation A 13-year-old boy with a known history of mild atopic dermatitis presented with a recurrent periorbital and facial rash. He was otherwise healthy, on no medications, and had a family history of asthma.

His hobbies included climbing trees and playing video games, particularly using a virtual reality (VR) headset.
