While travelling in train i was getting from upper birth, i stretched my right deltoid and got severe pain after that. I become giddy while lying down and getting up from coach. I become unconscious and pulse less and had mild tonicity and bedwetting. I felt weakness for 2 hours.

After got admitted, where all investigations was normal except EEG, which shows generalised seizures disorder. What investigations I should follow now? Can it be syncope followed by seizure or it is pure seizures?
