A 40 years old lady Developed joint swelling, stiffness, painful movements in both hands involving Metacarpophalangeal joints since 3 months. Gradually it involved wrist, elbow and Shoulder joints. Even feet Also involved. She had a past history of viral fever with arthritis 6 months back. Then arthritis continued up to 3 months. She also had a past history of fall on left leg for which she developed peripheral neuropathy in both Feet .she was on Pregabalin 75 bd 2 months,methyl cobalamin 1500mg. R A factor -ve, ccp -ve,ANAs+ve 1:10,000,ANA profile -ve.
