In a series of IOL implantations, this video presents different cases of Multifocal and Toric IOL implantation in presence of compromised capsulo zonular complex. Compromised capsule and zonular weakness could be two complications during a cataract surgery which needs to be dealt with carefully to have the successful procedure. Three patient cases with IOL implantation have been shown in detail with injuries and traumatic cataract.
