A 14 yrs old girl of thin built, age of menarche 9 months back, initially cycle regular 5/30 for 4 months but after that having amenorrhea for last 5 months, secondary sex characters normal and USG refused.The hormonal profile shows s/FSH 3, Lh 2.1, s/prolactin 325, s/testosterone 0.9 and TFTs normal. what should be the clinical appr oach for this condition?
