After 48 hours he develope HAND -DROP of Of hand with severe burning pain proximal Left hand. O/E Afebrile ,BP 160/100, No Edema, No cyanosis, pulse98/min. RS: RB=BS.CNS: DROP-HAND, MP-Gr 3Power.
