A male patient aged about 84 yrs k/n htn n grade II BPH 1 yr duration on irregular treatment having syncopal attacks thrice whenever voiding especially nights. h/o stenting for LCX on 8/8/16 for acute posteroinferior infarct with diuretics n antiplatelet treatment etc.

Investigations : blood WNL   2- D ECHO calcification LAD  not related for syncopal attacks  MRI/CT Brain small infarcts bt not related to syncopal attacks   What could be the diagnosis n management?
