Right from the time when one gets into the Ophthalmology Post Graduate course the first thing which attracts and gives the high is the Cataract Surgery. The rampant ill-planned eye camps here and there backed by media hungry NGO and sidelined political leaders is slowly making a mockery of eye surgery and Ophthalmology as a whole.
