Dear friends, I have done my MBBS and MD from Calcutta University and then DM in Rheumatology from John Hopkins university and also done a fellowship in pain management from Harvard school of Medicine. Now I am working in a hospital at a permanent post of a senior medical officer but here I have no scope to show my expertise.

I really need good suggestions whether I set up my own clinic or to apply somewhere else.
