A patient reported radiodiagnosis department of hospital attached to Medical College for second opinion of USG abdomen. His first report showed multiple gallstones which he got done from peripheral diagnostics. The report of second opinion showed no gallstones. The patient belongs to judiciary profession. He relaxed initially but later confused and ultimately he decided to seek third opinion from the different radio diagnostic center which showed gallbladder full of stones.

The patient came to medical college and started shouting and abusing the doctor. Is it possible? Is it medical negligence or incompetence? Please share your experience and advice.
