A lady came with a lot of areas/lesions of Tinea corporis and cruris. Blood sugar was 234 random. OHA and Griseofulvin started for one month, little regressed. OHA and itraconazole 100 mg bid for seven days prescribed. Lesions cleared.

Patient stopped all medicines for five days due to function in her home. After five days came back with small lesions became the bigger once. What is the etiology  of these lesions? Please discuss the case and further treatment.
