An 18-year unmarried girl came to my clinic with C/O irregular menses. Abdominal USG shows 9x9 cm Rt sided dermoid cyst. I have investigated her and did Laparotomy and cystectomy. Patient discharged. After six months she got married and came for infertility treatment.
With only supportive medicines she got pregnant and after uneventful 9 months pregnancy, she delivered normal female baby with LSCS at my hospital. After two years of she again got pregnant without any medicines. She delivered normal healthy male baby at my hospital and discharged. Take-home Message : Proper history taking and abdominal USG is must in all adolescent girls.
