PST is new hope for knee OA and other places, even proved to be very useful in ankylosing sponditilits wher pt goe recoevery of neck movements, got fast recoevery of paraparesis after trauma, increases JT space after regeneration of cartilage. Normally the JT space is 4-5 mm in OA gets reduced to 1-2 mm but after PST machine it increases.
