After examination, I made diagnosis of GBS. And decided to refer patient to district hospital which is 90 km's away from me. Till that time vitals were stable with no respiratory muscle involvement. Counselled relatives about condition.
Relatives talked to local politicians. Me to talked to him suggesting patient may require venti in coming time. Methylprednisolone was started while arranging referral. But relatives were suggested not to go to higher centre by local politician. They just pretended they are taking the cute boy to higher center but went home instead.
