A question was recently raised by someone about getting a license to temporarily practice in India. Does a medical graduate from approved Indian medical school  who has been out of the country for more than 20 years need to get license or permission from MCI or state licensing body for non-profit camp involved with surgery or not surgery? On the other hand, for a doctor who never trained in India, did not have MBBS from India, what is the status?

What are the rules? Please guide.
