A 22 years old boy complaining of a severe headache at Mastoid, petrous, and occipital area on Rt side, if ask it's throbbing type, he says no, it's very severe and spreads to Rt. frontal bone also. No AP view done. CBCs.

TSH, BP are normal. He is studying and preparing for exams. Is there mastoid infection? Is there any abnormality in skull x-ray?
