Post-Partum cardiomyopathy occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy or 6 months after delivery without any prior history or associated cardiac condition. Now recently so many techniques have come. It is one of the difficult cases unless the Anaesthetist knows about subjects pathology and physiology in detail so that he can conduct normal delivery; otherwise, it is credited to the obstetrician.
