Lab test Trop I positive, Trop I quant. 8.6 mg after 4 hrs, Trop I >10 after 12 hrs, CKMB 35 iu, BNP 1400, Lipids WNL, ECG normal, Echo after 24 hrs reveals concentric LVH, diastolic dysfunction and mild mitral regurgitation. What is the probable diagnosis and management?
