A 27-year-old female coming for treatment of chronic cough for a long time. On examination, clinically looking 100% patient of hyperthyroidism. INVESTIGATIONS revealed T3 high, T4 normal, TSH 0.005. CBC normal. XRAY CHEST PA VIEW normal. She has tremors, palpitations, anxiety-like symptoms, lean thin, but NO GIT SYMPTOMS MEANS NO INCREASE IN APPETITE AND NO FREQUENT LOOSE MOTIONS.

SKIN IS THICK GIVING OEDEMATOUS LIKE FEELING. Hb 10.2gm%. Reports posted. Is this a syndrome of T3 Hyperthyroidism? Please discuss the treatment.
