Isn't a 2-D echo machine supposed to come with in built ECG module?

Hi, I recently purchased echo+ sono machine. Isn't the seller suppressed to provide ECG cable along with the machine, for echo. If he has not provided the cable, how should I go ahead with the complaint. Will it be irrational to ask for ECG cable with the echo machine?

What if he has given me a quotation of 1 lakh rupees for the cable and ECG module. I suppose ECG is the basic thing, and should be in built in any echo machine. It is a reputed MNC, dealing with healthcare instruments in various medical specialties. Please guide.
