I am working as Associate Professor in Department of Biochemistry in one of the institutes of medical science and research centre in Devanahalli Bangalore. I am working here since November 2013. MCI came in institute for inspection from last four years.
But we have got recognition for last two years only. What about my experience will it be counted for the first two years as MCI gave us only 2 years of recognition? If it is only for last two years then what about that experience of doctors who are staying from November 2013?
