One of my patient 40-year-old female, started having headache and weakness from last three months. Past History: She came to me some 15 years back with multiple complaints. Investigations revealed that she has been suffering from DM. She had paralysis in 2002 and was treated at her village, the details were not available but she recovered.
I started treatment for DM and tuberculosis, during ATT she got pregnant and delivered normally. She did not have DM for 5 years now. Now cam the above complaints. Kindly help with the diagnosis.
