A 38-year-old healthy looking diabetic lady c/o pain in Chest, cough, fever from 7days, not responding to treatment. On examination left Chest crepts audible and plural rub also. CBC 16200, blood sugar 320 random at 9.0pm.

X-ray of the chest is posted. It shows pneumonia on the left side with early effusion like a shadow. Miliary TB experts are requested to opine on this.
