Most junior doctors are quite frustrated because they don't have many patients. They often end up sitting in their clinic, twiddling their thumbs, and wondering what they can do in order to increase their patient flow. I think this is actually a problem with their lack of vision. As a medical student, you're so focused on learning medicine and improving your clinical skills, that all you do is think about what you can do in order to be a better clinician.
