I worked as an assistant professor in the department of cardiology for 2 and 1/2 months without receiving any pay. I have been told my case alleging non payment of salary is on weak ground, as I did not get an appointment letter, however I have evidence of the no dues certificate I received when I was relieved as well as acceptance of the resignation. I have also complained to the MCI that the aforesaid college continues to show me as faculty despite my resignation a year back.
Is there any forum I can approach for justice? Kindly suggest.
