One patient has reported with k/c/o DM 41yrs, now G2P0A1 now 25 wks. I have put her on insulin for 5 days. Now taking 30:70 14 units pre-breakfast only.

5 units Today's fasting is 165mg & PP is 145mg. How much should I increase insulin again?
