This is a very crucial period that doctors are not satisfied while  managing the heart patient at inerior and rural health center. when doctor managing a seriously and chronic heart ds, at center without +nce of feasibility and experince they are unable to manage the case very nicely.whatever the other reason  for doctors at interior and rural health center but they are not able sustain himself.
