65 years female, presented with uncontrolled hypertension and pain abdomen. Evacuation revealed large adrenal mass with involvement of IVC .
Case was managed by laparoscopic adrenalectomy with IVC thrombectomy and IVC cuff excision and repair laparoscopically.
