A 23 years old boy presented with vague discomfort in the upper quadrant of abdomen. GPE:- Height 180 cms, weight 114 kgs. Past history :- palpitations, increased diastolic blood pressure occasionally. Investigations:- CBC normal,FBS 83 mg%, Hba1c 5.9%,uric acid 7.9, LFT:-SGOT 65, SGPT,167, GGT,LDH,slightly raised,rest normal.
KFT:- normal Lipid profile:TC 207, TGs 277, HDL 25, LDL 127, VLDL 55.9. S.calcium normal Thyroid profile :-normal Vitamin D, tests to rule out viral and immune pathology done but reports are awaited. Tests got done from 2 different labs. What should be the line of action for this condition?
