These questions are to all the ophthalmologists. 1) How often do you see a patient with keratoconus? 2) What is your line of management? 3) Are you still advising RGP lenses?

I'm curious as a cornea specialist since we keep discussing among specialists but never really consider the difficulties faced by a general ophthalmologist. I would love to know each ones perspective. Please do mention where you are practicing. Thank you.
