A 26 year male patient walking easily came with report having 14000 Platelets, Hb 17.5, 11000 Wbc with neutroplhils 70 %, Lymphocyte 21, Eosinophil 07, Monocyte 02 ,RBC 6.2 mil/ cmm, widal, malaria negative with 07 days history of fever. How these findings should be interpreted or their is some fault in report.
