A 31 yr old male presents with S/S of hypogonadism, ED, decreased libido, depression, difficulty in concentratiing, chronic low back pain, enuchoid features. On examination testicular volume 10-15ml, normal male pattern hair distribution, Blood investigation testosterone 148ng/dl, other hormonal parameters are normal, karyotyping yields normal male, previous two semen analysis are normal wit total sperm count 65milion and 75 million, he was on injectable testosterone on and off for above mentioned symptoms.. How to proceed? What will be the diagnosis ? Why low testosterone when other hormones are in WNL like FSH, LH, prolactin?
How to treat present low testosterone symptoms, patient is married and plan to conceive? Pt is worried and depressed all time it's affecting his daily routine.... What's the further treatment options? .. Thanks
