A case of a 80 year old male patient. Co-Morbidities  : Coronary artery disease (CAD), Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity and Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. Medication  : Ecosprin-AV 75+10, Cilnidipine 10mg, Ivabradine 5mg, Diamicron MR 30mg, Teneligliptin 20mg, Dytor 5mg. Past procedures  : Angioplasty in 2015. On routine clinical chest examination, Deep inspiratory fine crepitations were found in the left basal and middle zone. They were not altered with cough.

Heart sounds normal with no murmur. Vitals : BP 130/80. Pulse 70/minute, Oxygen saturation 97% Summery of investigations : CBC, ESR and CRP within normal limits. BNP is border line high. CRP : 1 Urinary albumin :  1+ Chest X-ray :  Normal Kindly suggest the diagnosis for such asymptomatic patient.
