58-year athletic person with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus since 3 years is suffering from loss of sensation of left toe-finger since 6 months. Nerve conduction test is positive. DM is well controlled. He is a good reliable health conscious patient FBS 80 & Ppbs 180. Diabetologist referred to Neurologist.

Neurologist gave him Vit B6/12 inj full course without investigations. But no relief no progression. Please suggest further management. Patient is relative & stays far distant.
