One of my friends father recently operated for catract, but after operation his vision was not improved. He sterted behaving abnormally then it was thought due to psychological trauma, but symptoms get worst & he was taken to medanta hospital where he was diagnosed with jacobs desease.

What is the cause, symptoms and treatment of this disease? Kindly suggest.
