Medical Education in India is the industry of thousand crores, in last 20 years so many private medical colleges has been opened by industrialists, businessmen, politicians with hidden share of Administrative, judicial, medical, police, educational, influential persons to earn hundreds of crores within few years as a MBBS seat was being sold in 50-75 lakh. The super specialty seats in 1-4 crores black money before NEET was introduced by Supreme Court.
Even after NEET, few admissions still done taking hug money in lakh and crores in 2nd or 3rd lists or in name of NRI or by simple overruling state or central government ruling by a court order even when MCI bars them recognition. Private colleges out number Government colleges but hardly MCI bars them except recent few cases against high courts allowing admission in barred colleges in supreme court but no action if they are being reported…
