yesterday i came across one patient  named Mr.Gotmare from NAGPUR,age 45 yrs/Male with boderline DM, non HT,no CAD,but very very high cholesterol level i.e.2300 mg /l he is on medicine  ROSEDAY 20 mg OD . But he has no other complaints .He is otherwise completely normal.I want to  ? cause ?
