A 45-year-old man presented to the emergency department (ED) after a motorbike accident. Physical examination revealed a bruise in the pubic area, and the patient had severe pain in the anterior and posterior pelvic areas on manual compression. Radiology: A radiograph of the pelvis showed a widening of the pubic symphysis of more than 5 cm (Please refer to the cover image).
