A 23-year-old female presented to the hospital as she felt she could not breathe at night. She had visited the hospital two weeks ago, complaining of a lump in her throat and difficulty breathing. On both occasions, the examination was recorded as normal, and she was reassured. She appeared nervous, with timid behavior and poor initial eye contact. She further added that it had been going on for nearly a month and the ‘attacks’ were becoming more frequent.
