A 47 years old female patient known hypothyroidism on treatment, despite on 400 mcg of T 4 replacement, her TSH is hovering around 30 to 40 with the total and free hormones are in the normal range. Her antibodies are always positive though not incremental, she is a housewife & cannot afford expensive investigations.

What could be the further management?
